Policy

We do not groom cats.

We are not accepting new clients over over the age of 12. We recommend having your senior pet over this age, safely groomed at a veterinarian office.

All pets must be current on their RABIES vaccinations. Please upload a copy on your profile when scheduling an appointment.

Payment is due at the time of service. 

We charge a cancellation fee. Please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee. We charge a fee equal to the price of the grooming service per pet. 

We reserve the right to cancel appointments during inclement weather conditions. We will work with you to reschedule a time that is convenient  for both client and groomer. 

Appointment time has a 1 hour arrival window. Example: an 11am appointment will have an arrival time between 11-12pm. 

We do not groom dogs over 60 pounds. We do not groom doodles over 40 pounds. 

Full service agreement signature required before booking.
